SevenSeas Trader LLC sells construction materials, industrial products, hardware, fasteners, tools, and related products throughout the United States.

Because our products can vary substantially in weight, dimensions, quantity, packaging, and transportation requirements, final shipping charges may be calculated after an order is placed.

Shipping Charges

The shipping amount displayed during checkout may not always represent the final shipping cost.

After receiving an order, SevenSeas Trader LLC may calculate the applicable shipping cost based on:

Additional Shipping Charges

Additional shipping charges must be approved and paid before the order is processed and shipped.

By approving the additional shipping charge, the customer confirms their acceptance of the revised order total.

Applicable additional shipping charges have been approved and paid; and
Any necessary order verification has been completed.

Delivery Time

When a specific delivery estimate is provided, SevenSeas Trader LLC will make reasonable efforts to meet the stated timeframe.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Customers should carefully verify their shipping information before completing an order.

Additional charges may apply if an address needs to be corrected after shipment arrangements have been made.

Freight and Oversized Shipments

Certain construction and industrial products may require freight, LTL, oversized, or specialized transportation.

Additional shipping charges may apply based on the requirements of the shipment.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after the order has shipped.

Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect packages and products promptly after delivery.

If a shipment appears damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and products.
