Return Policy

Due to the nature of the construction, industrial, hardware, and specialty products sold by SevenSeas Trader LLC, all sales are final and products are not eligible for return, except where a return is required by applicable law or expressly approved by SevenSeas Trader LLC in writing.

No Standard Returns

Customers should carefully review product information before placing an order, including:

• Product number
• Manufacturer
• Dimensions
• Size
• Quantity
• Material
• Finish
• Specifications
• Compatibility
• Intended application

Once an order has been processed, products generally cannot be returned because the customer:

• Changed their mind;
• Ordered the wrong product;
• Ordered the wrong quantity;
• Ordered the wrong size or specification;
• No longer needs the product; or
• Determined that the product is unsuitable for their intended application.

Special-Order Products

Products specially sourced, ordered, customized, or obtained specifically for a customer are not eligible for standard returns.

Damaged Products

Customers should inspect products promptly upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Order number
• Product information
• Photographs of the shipping package
• Photographs of the product
• Description of the damage

We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Incorrect Products

If SevenSeas Trader LLC shipped a product materially different from the product ordered, please contact us promptly.

We may request photographs and other information to investigate the issue.

Manufacturer Defects

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order information and details of the issue.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the construction, industrial, hardware, and specialty products sold by SevenSeas Trader LLC, all sales are final and refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by SevenSeas Trader LLC.

No Standard Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind;
• Incorrect product selection;
• Incorrect size or specification;
• Incorrect quantity;
• Product no longer being needed;
• Failure to verify product specifications;
• Failure to verify compatibility;
• Customer-requested changes after processing; or
• Failure to accept delivery when caused by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Customers should contact SevenSeas Trader LLC immediately if they wish to cancel an order.

Once an order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible because products may already have been sourced, purchased, reserved, packaged, or prepared for shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If SevenSeas Trader LLC determines that an order was materially damaged during shipment or that an incorrect product was shipped, we will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include replacement or another remedy permitted by applicable law.

Failure to Fulfill an Order

If SevenSeas Trader LLC is unable to fulfill an order and applicable law requires a refund, the required refund will be provided.

Unauthorized Transactions

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits a customer's rights concerning unauthorized transactions or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

Approved Refunds

Where a refund is required by law or expressly approved by SevenSeas Trader LLC, it will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to payment processor procedures.
